Ashtanga Guided Led Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga incorporates a set sequence of asanas (postures), breath (pranayama), bandhas (energy locks), mudras (seals or gestures) and meditation.  It is a physical and demanding sequence designed to create heat and maximise energy flow.

Through regular practice, Ashtanga Yoga can help make the body stronger and more flexible, the mind calmer and clearer, and help create a stress free lifestyle.
