Beginners Yoga

We start with sun salutations to mobilise and warm up the body,
before moving onto standing and then seated asanas (postures).  Where
required, adaptations of the asana and specialist yoga props (including
belts and blocks) will be provided to assist you in your progress to
achieve the final position.  The class will be taught systematically
each week, expanding on the knowledge from the previous week.  This will
help you to memorise the sequence, allowing you to develop your own
practice.
