The two Mysore-style classes will begin with guided pranayama and chanting following by led standing postures of the Primary Series. Students are then instructed to begin their Mysore style practice.
Those who are new to ashtanga yoga are welcome to come practice for the led portion of the class and then will be instructed on seated breathing and rest. Others will continue into the series they are working on – primary, intermediate or Advanced A. We all will begin together so please arrive on time for the pranayama and chanting.
