Handstand-curious but not sure where to begin? Or have you taken your first few steps (on your hands) and are looking to refine your skills? In this 90-minute workshop, Matt will introduce you the joys of being upside-down and offer some drills and exercises to help you build the skills, strength and confidence you need to nail your handstand.
Suitable for both absolute beginners and those with a little more experience. Matt is a yoga student and teacher based in Glasgow, with a particular interest in hand-balancing.
